Jewish Parent Engagement Group Chanukah event 

Save the date for a Chanukah event hosted by the AUSD Jewish Parent Engagement Group (JPEG). Dec. 1, 3:30–5:00pm, at the Albany High School cafeteria. Chanukah is a holiday of light and miracles. We will try to bring some light and miracles to senior citizens by creating care packages for them. Wish lists will be sent out in the following weeks.

• Families will pack and create care packages for seniors (Teens are invited to lead this part and deliver to senior citizens if possible). 

• There will be stations for children around Chanukah. 

• We will light a Menorah, and have some snacks and songs. 

• There will be a bake sale for our Purim event, so bring some cash to support future events OR  sign up here to bring cakes, cookies, etc.
